Things to know
Meeting point and boarding
Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure at West Marina Walk, Dubai Marina. The crew will be at the boarding point to assist you. Check your booking confirmation for the meeting point and times; all times are in Dubai time (UTC+4).
Payment and deposit
We accept Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, AMEX and JCB. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 24 hours before departure.
Cancellation policy
Once your booking is confirmed, cancellations are not accepted and payments are non-refundable. You may change the trip date up to 72 hours before departure, subject to availability for the new date.
Captain and boating licence
A professional captain and crew are on board. Guests are not required to have a nautical license.
Onboard conduct and safety
Always follow the captain’s and crew’s instructions, including when boarding and disembarking. Supervise children, wear life jackets when instructed and respect crew-only areas. Ask the captain for permission before diving or swimming. Keep the boat clean and do not throw litter into the sea.
